10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the internal policies of ktx8. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach thereof shall first be submitted to ktx8 customer support for informal resolution. ktx8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ktx8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ktx8 will endeavour to provide notice through the platform, such as a banner notification or email to your registered address. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of ktx8 after any amendments have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease all use of the ktx8 platform.
